Position Overview:

We are in search of an accomplished Account Executive with a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions. Beyond possessing a robust grasp of marketing analytics, this sales expert excels in cultivating relationships across their designated accounts, spanning from the executive leadership to end users.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to consistently expand their pipeline by identifying fresh opportunities, accurately diagnosing customer challenges, and leveraging established sales techniques to drive successful deal closures.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting Tailored Sales Proposals: Lead the development of customized sales proposals, RFPs, and compelling sales presentations to captivate prospective clients.

  2. Market Insights and Strategy: Stay vigilant in monitoring customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Contribute valuable insights to shape our company's strategic direction.

  3. Product Mastery: Maintain an exceptional understanding of our products, staying informed about our solutions, competitive landscape, and effective positioning. Demonstrate your expertise when engaging with potential clients.

  4. Account Outreach and Attraction: Execute targeted outreach and attraction plans for designated accounts promptly and accurately.

  5. Pipeline Management: Ensure a consistent quarterly production by effectively managing an active pipeline of opportunities.

  6. Collaboration for Success: Collaborate with the Onboarding team to facilitate the achievement of Live status for accounts.

  7. Knowledge Sharing: Regularly share your market insights and expertise with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

  8. Identify New Opportunities: Proactively identify and explore new partnership opportunities, diversifying our sales channels and expanding our sales funnel.


Job Requirements:

  1. 4-8 Years of Successful Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of achieving results in a consultative sales role, showcasing your ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.

  2. Executive-Level Sales Skills: Proficient in selling to high-level decision-makers within organizations, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales processes.

  3. End-to-End Sales Expertise: Well-versed in the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, including diligent follow-ups and scheduling of product demos.

  4. SaaS Proficiency (Preferred): Prior experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions is highly advantageous, showcasing your familiarity with this rapidly evolving industry.

  5. Strategic Selling and Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of strategic selling methodologies and processes, as well as experience in the digital marketing or analytics sectors, is essential.

  6. Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and build rapport with clients.

  7. Adaptability in Dynamic Environments: Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, demonstrating the ability to stay composed and focused under pressure.

Working Hours:

This position involves inside sales with direct client interaction, necessitating work aligned with U.S. time zones. You'll be part of the exclusive U.S. night shift, from 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST.
