Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media content, tailored to our target B2B audience.
Manage and optimize the company's website and social media profiles for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Plan and execute webinars, and online events, and participate in industry conferences to promote our product and establish thought leadership.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to various campaigns and initiatives to maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in B2B marketing and SaaS to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication, feedback collection, and engagement strategies to build a loyal community around our product.
You will fit right if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, with a specific focus on B2B and SaaS.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred.
The ideal candidate is someone who welcomes the challenge of hands-on work, eagerly diving into the details with a steadfast commitment to achieving measurable, superior results.
Note: You will be required to operate from - 4:00 PM PM IST to 2:00 AM PM IST from Pune Location.
