Your Role: Elevating Excellence


As a Management Trainee, you'll be the backbone of our quest for excellence. Business Roles (Product, Sales, Customer Success):

Sales:

  • Master the art of consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and offering tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers

  • Utilize various channels including cold calling, networking events, and online resources to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our AI-powered CRM+ERP platform

  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Product Development:

  • Work closely with the product team to understand market needs and translate them into product requirements

  • Assist in the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate product assumptions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure timely and successful product releases

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating and improving features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption

Customer Success:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing training and support to ensure a seamless transition to our platform

  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services based on customer needs and usage patterns

  • Leverage product expertise to provide ongoing education and training to clients, empowering them to maximize the value of our solution

  • Monitor and analyze customer usage data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
