Who we’re looking for 

We want someone who’s sharp on the phone, curious by default, and thrives on cracking big, complex accounts. You should have a tinkerer’s mindset - dig deep to understand prospects, adapt fast, test angles, and refine your pitch until you break through. You know how to navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and keep the pipeline alive and moving.

What you’ll do

  • Research and identify high-value enterprise prospects.

  • Craft outreach that gets decision-makers to respond - emails, calls, LinkedIn, you name it.

  • Book qualified meetings and demos for the enterprise sales team.

  • Experiment constantly - refine your message, figure out what lands, and scale it.

  • Partner with marketing to align campaigns and messaging.

  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated, track pipeline metrics, and report performance.

  • Stay plugged into industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor moves.

  • Share learnings and feedback to help shape Clara’s ICP and GTM narrative.

  • Help build and document outreach playbooks, cadences, and best practices

What you bring

  • 1-3 years in a sales or SDR role, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.

  • Proven grit and resourcefulness in opening doors at mid-market or enterprise levels.

  • Strong written and spoken communication - clear, persuasive, and confident.

  • Naturally curious and quick on your feet - you adapt fast.

  • High energy and ownership - you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next.

  • Ready to work US time zone hours from Pune (5:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).

  • Bonus: Familiarity with vertical SaaS, AI tools, or service-based industries.
