As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling ZenTrades.AI’s high-performing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we hire top-tier talent across engineering, product, sales, and growth functions.

Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier SaaS talent.
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring processes.
Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate quality and culture fit.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and optimize recruitment funnels.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance ZenTrades.AI’s visibility in the talent market.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize and scale hiring operations in alignment with company growth.
✅ 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
✅ Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, sales, and growth roles.
✅ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment tools.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work efficiently in early morning shifts (4 AM - 2 PM).
✅ Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving hiring processes.
