Position Overview - Product Manager
As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product and company. This position involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization. The Product Manager will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will lead a team of skilled members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Your pivotal role will involve enhancing the value of our platform through the efficient development and delivery of product features and ensuring the successful translation of value to customers.
You will be actively engaged in meaningful projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership teams, and gain substantial respect while working directly with high-performing team members, promoting talented team members, and offering real-world software strategic and tactical business improvement metrics.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Product Manager role entails dynamic involvement in strategy, partnership building, technical enhancements, and effective communication within the team of accomplished domain experts from ZenTrades' founding team.
Strategic Planning: Review and refine the overall product strategy based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to align the product roadmap with the company's vision and goals.
Team Management: Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from concept to deployment. This includes setting development priorities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and align development efforts with business goals.
Scalability and Reliability: Implement strategies for scaling our platform while maintaining high performance and reliability
Innovation: Stay at the forefront of technology trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance our product
Cross-functional Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with product management, sales, marketing, and customer support are vital. Ensure that our product aligns with market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives
Budget and Resource Management: Manage the Product budget, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize costs while maintaining a high level of product quality.
You will fit right if you have:
A BS/Btech/MS/MTech in computer science, information systems, or equivalent degree. MBA is a plus.
4+ years of hands-on experience in product management, demonstrating a progression of responsibilities.
Successfully built and managed a high-performance distributed team/s
Experience in successfully delivering complex software products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
Been an early member of a B2B Saas or SMB startup and helped in scaling the business, is a bonus.
Customer Success or Onboarding experience and then shifted into product management.
A problem-solver attitude where you like to dive deep into a problem, diagnose root causes, and work with multiple teams to come up with a solution
Ambitious to make an extra effort to go above and beyond the traditional growth paths
Strong ability to drive and encourage talent and performance
As an owner of the product you will be required to plan and execute the product roadmap and provide technical leadership to the Product team
Cross-team collaboration, you will have to collaborate with Product Management and Implementation teams and build a commercially successful product
You will be responsible for recruiting & leading a team of highly skilled Product Manager, Specialists and providing strong hands-on product leadership
Required skills and experience
Experience in building a scalable product
Strong business acumen and customer understanding to be able to make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
Understanding of developing a Saas product using Agile Methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Familiarity with tools (eg: Figma, Adobe XD, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Notion) and methodologies.
Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
Experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience implementing agile practices in product management.
