As a Web Developer, you will be an integral part of the Marketing and Marketing Services teams and act as the single POC for all the Web development requirements in the company. You will actively contribute to meaningful projects, work closely with leadership, and gain significant experience in working directly with high-velocity growth teams.

Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Web Development: Translate marketing concepts and designs into user-friendly, functional web experiences
Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages optimized for various devices using ReactJS or a similar front-end framework, explore fresh approaches and solutions to develop a versatile toolbox to tackle challenges with creativity and efficiency
Implement front-end code using JavaScript, CSS, and the chosen framework
Marketing Integrations: Integrate marketing automation tools and analytics platforms for seamless data tracking and reporting
Performance & Optimization: Ensure website performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices for accessibility (WCAG)
Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver a cohesive and successful user experience, translating to a more fulfilling work experience for continued growth
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest web development technologies and trends, introducing innovation that streamline your workflow, freeing up time and mental energy for even more innovation
Job Requirements (Skills and Experience):
Proven experience building and maintaining web applications using JavaScript, CSS, and a front-end framework like ReactJS or Angular
Experience with WordPress CMS
Strong understanding of responsive web design (RWD) principles
Experience integrating marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js or Python (a plus)
Knowledge of SEO best practices (a plus)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies
Passionate about creating user-centric web experiences
While experience in the B2B/SaaS industry is preferred, a highly skilled developer with a willingness to learn will be a good fit
